Marc Halbfinger - Founder
Marc C. Halbfinger is a prominent figure in the telecommunications industry, known for his extensive tenure and leadership roles within the PCCW-HKT Group. For 14 years, he served as the CEO of PCCW Global, guiding the company through significant growth and transformation. He also held the position of CEO at Console Connect, following its acquisition by PCCW Global. Halbfinger has been actively involved in industry collaborations, serving on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Bridge Alliance and as a member of the Board of Governors of the Pacific Telecommunications Council. He recently departed from Console Connect and PCCW Global after more than 20 years of service, having contributed greatly to global connectivity and automation.
Yiannis Giokas - Founder
Yiannis Giokas is a serial entrepreneur and technology leader with expertise in cybersecurity, data analytics, and telecommunications. He co-founded Finclude, a company aiming to democratize credit scoring using machine learning. Previously, he founded Crypteia Networks, an AI-driven cybersecurity startup that was acquired by PCCW Global in 2014, where he subsequently served as Vice President of Research and Development. Giokas has over two decades of experience building products across various industries, including fintech, AI, and blockchain, and is also an active angel investor, mentor, and advisor in the startup community.
Shahar Steiff - Founder
Shahar Steiff has a significant career in the telecommunications sector, joining PCCW Global Ltd. in 2001. During his extensive tenure, he has held various roles in sales, pre-sales, product development, and management. Shahar served as a member of the board of MEF Forum and as a Co-Chair of the MEF Forum Service-Operations Committee. Shahar also chaired the OSS-ICDS Forum, the ETSI-ISG PDL and the GSMA DLT groups.
